I hold a patent for the world first android based smart doorbell. Unlike current doorbell that only allows the person at the door to ring the bell inside the house or connect to the owner smartphone.

I built a total interactive door system that allows the people at the door to contact all person that reside in the home or a single person.

No other device can do that. We use a screen that allows the user to interact with the home owners.

Other function allows delivery driver to send a sign request to sign a package. Then you can unlock and lock the door, open and close the door and arm and dis arm security system and even leave a unlock code when friends and family come over and nobody is home.
