My name is Zarif Tadjibaev, Doctor in engineering and an inventor of new ZARIF sewing technology from Republic of Uzbekistan.
We invented our new ZARIF sewing technology in 2012 by improving our ZARIF technology double chain stitch from 1994 (U.S. Patent No. 6,095,069 by 2000).
In addition, in 2012 we invented our new ZARIF sewing technology automatic thread trimmer method.
We do plan to obtain the patents for these our new inventions in foreign countries in the future.
At present time, our new ZARIF sewing technology is believed to be the world leader among technologies of sewing based on universality, simplicity of a design of working units and their mechanisms, reliability of formation of a stitch, quality of a seam, ease of maintenance (service), and service life of working units.
We have confidence that, our new ZARIF sewing technology will keep its world leadership and in the future.
The following features of our new ZARIF sewing technology prove its world leadership:
1. One model of the sewing machine with the minimum bar stroke of a needle of 32 mm for sewing, both light, and heavy materials with thickness up to 7 mm without adjustment of a normal tension of threads.
2. Simple design working units and their mechanisms:
• Four working units have very simple design that involves a looper, a pusher, a thread take-up of the top thread and a thread take-up of the bottom thread.
• Three working units out of six do make a rotating motion, which includes a looper, a thread take-up of the top thread and thread take-up of the bottom thread.
• The needle performs back-and-forth motion with use of a simple mechanism which is a crank-coupler mechanism.
• Reverse sewing is carried out without spreader.
• Reliability of formation of a stitch is provided without application of guards of a needle.
3. Sews various materials and cross seams without skipping stitches.
4. The smooth tightening of threads and normal tension of threads allow sewing without breakage of threads under a condition if there are not any small knots on threads.
5. Bottom thread loop in the stitch is tightened with a high quality under normal tensioning the bottom thread, regardless of the thickness of the cross-linkable material.
6. Loop of the top thread in the stitch is tightened with high quality, with normal tension of the top thread, and very easy using the know-how you can adjust the tightness of the loop of the top thread, depending on the type of cross-linkable material:
• With a tight tightening the loop of the top thread to get a normal type 401, which is used for dense join of textile and leather materials.
• With a weak tightening the loop of the top thread to get a elastic type 401, which is used to increase the smoothness of the seam on light materials and the elasticity of the seam on stretch fabrics.
7. Strong (tight) tightening the loop of the top thread in the normal type 401, reduces the thickness of the bottom side of the seam.
8. It makes the bottom party of a new seam double thread chain stitch very similar to a lockstitch when the loop of the bottom thread is turned to 180° in normal type 401.
9. Easy maintenance service of the sewing machine:
• There are not any adjustments of the mechanism of a needle when sewing various materials as the lifting height of a needle from the lowest position (for formation of a loop-overlap of the top thread) has a constant value for all materials with thickness up to 7 mm.
• There are not adjustments of looper regarding to needle at replacement of needle from No. 130 to No.60 as the maximum clearance between a nose of the looper and a needle is equal to 0.5 mm.
• Threads have a normal tension, and there are not any adjustments of a tension of threads at sewing various materials as adjustment of degree of a tightening of a loop of the top thread is carried out by means of a know-how depending on type of a sewed material.
10. High reliability of end of a seam back tacking with the help of condensation stitches, by reduction of length of a stitch to 0.5 mm.
11. High service life of a needle:
• The needle at movement downwards never will concern on looper.
• The probability of collision of a needle with a needle plate is very small.
• Needle used with one long groove and the short shaft (DPx5), which has a higher resistance to buckling than a needle with two long grooves and a long shaft.
12. Low maintenance in the exploitation of the sewing machine.
13. Highly reliable stitch formation.
14. High service life of the sewing machine.

• While sewing of various materials, the structure of new normal type 401 does not change (pp. 2-3).
• The downside of the new normal type 401 is very similar to lockstitch type 301, due to the bottom thread loop rotated by 180° (p. 2).
• The bottom side of the new normal type 401 has a thickness smaller than the existing type 401 (p. 4).
Our new ZARIF technology double chain stitch in comparison of existing technology double chain stitch allows replacing wider scale of a lockstitch on double chain stitch.
Now, thanks to our new ZARIF sewing technology, all internal seams, seams at which the bottom party is closed by a material seams at which the bottom party is not exposed to intensive (continuous) chafing at operation, it will be possible to carry out by means of our new type 401 double chain stitch.
Industrial introduction of our new ZARIF technology double chain stitch in various types of sewing machines does not demand the big financial investments as they can be made on the basis of existing lockstitch sewing machines. On the basis of our new ZARIF sewing technology can also be developed sewing machine stitch length greater than 5 mm.
Our company is ready to conclude license contracts based on know-how with the manufacturing companies of industrial sewing machines who are interested in manufacturing various new industrial sewing machines and the automated sewing systems double thread chain stitch, working on the basis of new ZARIF sewing technology.
In the future, once we obtain US, EP, CN, TW, JP, KR patents for our new ZARIF sewing technology, we would be ready to renew our license agreement based on the know-how license agreement based on the patent.
