Hello,
We have a tool invention (a ratchet wrench) and have reached the prototype stage. We have a US patent for a similar tool and are studying our options to get the product into the US as well as other countries' markets.
What service/s can you provide that will help bear the fruits of our invention in the shortest period of time? Do you provide a one-stop-shop service that can cover the manufacture, market and sale of the invention in return for royalty?
If so, how do you guarantee intellectual property rights and profit sharing in the case the invention does not have a patent? And lastly, do you provide such services to enable penetration into various countries' markets around the world?
