The Whole Armour of God - “AOG”, is a board game whose object winner is to be clothed in the whole armour of God as revealed in Ephesians 6:13-18.
AOG has 4 players.
Each player rolls the dice for play order (highest number 1st, then 2nd, etc.)
Player spins to reveal what piece of armour playing to get.
Player pulls card, reads Bible based question. If player answers question correctly, gets armour spindle landed on. If player answers incorrectly, NEXT player. If player lands on armour not needed, NEXT player.
If player lands on own soldier – can select armour needed. If Player lands on opponents soldier – can take a piece of opponents armour as needed. WINNER is soldier who has acquired complete armour of God: Helmet of salvation; Breastplate - righteousness; Belt/waist - truth; Shield of faith; Sword God’s word (Bible); Feet/shoes - peace.
Angels in the four corners –Praying without ceasing. END Game. NEXT Game.
Graphic designer - Greg Gilpin - Board design concept is approx. 10 ½” x 13 ½” folded in half, and 13 ½” x 20 ½” open.
Can be folded half or quarter for box. Colorful game board square with four corner graphic soldiers standing with simple white linen shirts and pants. Angels four corners with imprint “Pray without ceasing.”
Spindle built into board with pull card/discard card pile on either side circling continually.
Bible questions (Questions/Answers – Q&A) range in complexity from Elementary to Intermediate to Adult.
